1- Attributes: If you want to deal damage, you need to max your weapon mastery. 12+1+1 is great, if you feel comfortable, you can play 16 instead.

2- Skills: your builds lacks a lot of punch. You have lots of defensive skills, that aren't necessary at all, and not enough damage, no deep wound, no increased attack speed, no running stance.

3- Rez: always needed on anything but a monk.

try something like:
axe: 12+1+1~3
Strengh: 9+1
Tact: 9+1
[skill]eviscerate[/skill][skill]agonizing chop[/skill][skill]executioner's strike[/skill][skill]"for great justice!"[/skill][skill]Enraging Charge[/skill][skill]flail[/skill][skill]healing signet[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]

sword: 12+1+1~3
Strengh: 9+1
Tact: 9+1
[skill]dragon slash[/skill][skill]sever artery[/skill][skill]gash[/skill][skill]sun and moon slash[/skill][skill]Enraging Charge[/skill][skill]flail[/skill][skill]healing signet[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]

I would probably do that sword build like this.

[skill]Sever Artery[/skill][skill]Gash[/skill][skill]Silverwing Slash[/skill][skill]Dragon Slash[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill][skill]Frenzy[/skill][skill]Sprint[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]

I would keep the attributes the same.

As a warrior. everyone will tell you to use warrior elites, so everyone will give you builds that use such things. If you want to continue using EDA, then you should get into using;

[skill]Dismember[/skill][skill]Executioner's Strike[/skill][skill]Agonizing Chop[/skill][skill]Ebon Dust Aura[/skill][skill]Mystic regeneration[/skill][skill]Flail[/skill][skill]Rush[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]

This build isn't etched in stone. It can be altered to better spread the blindness by using Whirling attack/cyclone axe. However, remember that this is just a build using the OP's Elite.

Don't bother with mystic regen. Regeneration is not that good period... there's a reason that mending sucks. If you need another earth prayers skill I'd say run Aura of Thorns (yay cripple).

Mending and Mystic regeneration are two totally different animals. For starters, MR doesn't need to be maintained. Mending does, taxing an already low energy regeneration. Next, for every enchant cast on the warrior the regeneration increases while under the effect of Mystic regeneration. Making MR vastly superior to mending. Its fast recharge also makes it easily reapplied if/when stripped. Since the OP is already invested in Earth Prayers, to use it fully also benefits the warrior by not overextending into another attribute line, in this case that att line is Tactics. Also, Aura of thorns being ran isn't beyond doing either even with MR on the bar.

[skill]Ebon Dust Aura[/skill][skill]Mystic regeneration[/skill][skill]Aura of Thorns[/skill]

No need for Rush if they are all crippled, and though its abit energy intense, with a radiant set or even a weapon swap, the build is very viable. No need to argue when we can all get along.

just a note: ebon dust aura works best with low adrenaline skills, so you can blind your opponent at will
